Brooks Creek Ranch Booking Information




 As a result of local policy on non-essential travel, Brooks Creek Ranch is temporarily suspending operations.  No rooms or bookings are available at this time.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, on line bookings are limited to full facility bookings that book all 4 guest suites (8 guests).  Individual room bookings , if possible given health requirements must be made by calling 1-866-288-1418 or emailing  Please note the following:

  • Full facility booking rate is $1,050-$1,250/night from June 15 - October 15th, 2020, and from January 4, 2021 - April 1, 2021

  • Full facility booking rate from October 15, 2020 - December 18, 2020 is $900/night

  • Rates include continental breakfast daily, with the option to upgrade to hot chef plated breakfast.

  • Bookings from December 18-Jan 3, 2021 can only be made over the phone or by email

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit* will be taken 30 days prior to your stay.  The remaining fees will be collected on check in date.

     * - cancellations related to COVID-19 limitations, closures or activity will be refunded.

A 2 night minimum stay is required for all bookings.  Please ensure you review our COVID-19 protocols below prior to booking.  If you attempt to book on line and no availability is showing up, please email us your dates so we can confirm there is no availability.  Occasionally, dates may appear unavailable when availability exists.

COVID-19 Protocols

Brooks Creek Ranch is committed to ensuring the health and safety of our guests and team members.  In conjunction with Interior Health BC, BC Lodging Association, and guidelines from other health authorities, Brooks Creek Ranch has implemented a heightened cleaning and modified food service program.  Please note the following:

  • If you or any member of your party does not feel well, including experiencing any symptoms such as fever, cough, or difficulty breathing, or have been in contact with someone who has these symptoms or has been diagnosed with COVID-19, please contact us for a refund for your stay.

  • If you or any member of your party become ill while at Brooks Creek Ranch, please notify us immediately and we will advise on the proper steps to take to ensure the health of your party and our team. 

  • Brooks Creek Ranch may be subject to closing and cancelling reservations due to COVID-19.

  • All rooms are cleaned and sanitized prior to guest arrival.  No daily housekeeping services will be offered while guests remain checked in.  Additional linens or towels are available on request.

  • Food service will be modified to meet Interior Health requirements, including reducing buffet served food to individually packaged items.  Plate served items will be delivered to the table and may be passed by guests at the table.  Food service items will not be cleaned up until after guests have left the table to maintain safe distancing.

  • Brooks Creek Ranch will, where possible and in accordance with Interior Health recommendations, use social distancing over personal protective equipment.  The Brooks Creek Ranch Team will not be at work if any symptoms of illness are experienced.  If any guest feels uncomfortable at any time, Brooks Creek Ranch team members will wear cloth masks.

  • Limited space is available at Brooks Creek Ranch for social distancing in groups.  It is for this reason that we are currently accepting only group bookings, however, groups must understand that they will not be able to socially distance themselves properly from each other in some spaces (such as at the dining table).

  • Common areas are cleaned at least once daily with full sanitation wipe down of all high contact areas.

Any bookings that are made after June 1, 2020 will be refundable only in cases of COVID related restrictions or activity.  Cancellation for any other reason will be subject to our standard cancellation policy.
